I want people to pick directors that have somewhat of a possible chance (not Peter Jackson, Spielberg, Cameron). Please don't post movies that have already been released.

Thor - Ridley Scott
Captain America - Sam Mendes
Wolverine - David Fincher

Deadpool - Robert Rodriguez or Tony Scott

Who would be good for a Doctor Strange movie??

Thor: Marcus Nispel! (Pathfinder)

Dr. Strange: Sam Raimi actually, but how about Neil Burger? He did the Illusionist which was F'N GOOD!

Intresting you would say Neil Burger, I was just having a conversation about him the other day, I think he has a lot of potential, Interview with an Assasin was an amazing film.

zanos i hope your kidding.

I would be utterly pissed off if Boll ever got his hands on any marvel property. I would call him up and challenge him to a boxing match.

X-Men 4: Joss Whedon (if Bryan Singer wouldn't do another one)
Punisher 2: Robert Rodriguez
Deadpool: Edgar Wright
Daredevil 2: Frank Miller (possibly with a co-director)
Wolverine: Kurt Wimmer (again, if Singer woudn't)

Actually, I could see Rodriguez on any of those except a fourth X-Men.

Darren Aronofsky Or Christopher Nolan Reinventing The 'daredevil' Franchise Like Nolan Did With 'batman Begins' Including The Devil's Red/yellow Costume At First.

one film is hardly a "franchise"

i know... but what i meant was to reinvent the character's screen presence. respectfully ignore the first 'daredevil' from 2003. know what i mean?

i know

but thats not gonna happen any time soon..

Dr. Strange - Richard Linklater

Deadpool- Peter Berg
Nick Fury- Sam Mendes
Thor or Eternals- Wolfgang Peterson
Nextwave or Runaways- Richard Linklater

THe only chance Marvel has of getting one of those 3 guy's is the live adaptation of the Avengers. Maybe that's why Marvel's using WETA now to start making connections to Jackson??

How are Jackson, Spielberg, and Cameron impossible choices, but Ridley Scott and David Fincher are fine and dandy?

If anything, I'd say Cameron's the most likely to do a Marvel movie out of those five considering he's already been interested in making multiple Marvel properties.

Shang Chi- Ang Lee or John Woo

Black Panther- Antoine Fuqua (reg. Hudlin producing; script by Priest)

Iron Fist- Louis Leterrier (starring Jason Statham)

Wolverine- Robert Rodriguez... I've been on this boat for at least a couple years now. Just imagine Logan walking into a bar like in Desperado, but instead of taking all those guys out with a gun, he does it with claws. Also, whereas all those other guys had to miss El Mariachi with their shots, they can hit Logan so we have to watch him heal. I'd say overall, a Desperado-like feel for Wolverine would be amazing.

I'll cross Cameron off that list if and when Battle Angel actually starts filming.

I dont wanna wait anymore for that movie (Battle Angel)

I dont understand Linklater for dr. Strange. The same Linklater that did Slackers and Dazed and COnfused doesnt seem like the kind of director to do Dr. Strange.

Incredible Hulk- James Cameron (I've been saying this for a really long time, now). Look at it this way... Hulk (Ang Lee) was a very narrative, plot-based film and not the action film a lot of people wanted. Alien (Ridley Scott) is a great movie, but relies heavily on suspense, tone, etc. to tell the story, as opposed to the action that we've since associated with the Alien franchise. Now, who did they bring in to turn Aliens into an all-out badass action movie (but still an overall great movie, too)? James Cameron. So, I think he would be the best choice to progress the Hulk movies like he did with the Alien movies.

Oh man.
i could definitely do this forever. haha

Captain America - ME!
Daredevil - David Fincher
Deadpool - Quentin Tarentino
James Cameron - Fantastic Four II
Dr. Strange - Richard Kelly

Thats what I have for now. So yeah..
