Forget about the competition POTC 3 has next summer...just making these kinds of numbers is gonna be a difficult task in itself.

I glad POTC 2 is making it money...its well deserved.

Well, I'm not to say that I was a huge fan of POTC2 (I thought it was decent but could have been better, and if it were shorter it would have been) but it was by no means TERRIBLE like what a lot of people were saying.

If it had been shorter then I think I would not have made sense. What would they have cut out? I mean I thought it was fine the way it was. They used the first 45 minutes to set stuff up but once the action started it never really did stop and things were explained as they went along.

My guess is that Pirates 3 will make between 800-900 worldwide but not these numbers. NOt with so many other good movies. I am hoping it atleast out does Spiderman 3 for since Dead Mans Chest broke just about every spiderman record. It be a downer if Pirates 3 could not atleast sqweak by Spiderman 3.
