the Abrams 2009 reboot. Not really into Star Trek (although my Dad is a fan, so we watched TNG & Voyager repeatedly), but this film was excellent imo

I've put The Voyage Home because it probably is the next best Trek film broadly speaking, but it's not *my* next best Trek film if that makes sense...

The Search for Spock. That’s my favourite Trek film.

Undiscovered Country for me, I might actually prefer it to Wrath of Khan. Also have to give an honorable mention to First Contact.

The Undiscovered Country is a close #2 for me.

I loved Star Trek Into Darkness. I know there's a ton of plot holes and what not but I had so much fun with it.

While it isn't necessarily my favorite non-TWOK Trek film, I'd say the best one outside of TWOK is The Undiscovered Country.

Star Trek 4: The Voyage Home ****
Star Trek 2: The Wratch of Khan ****
Star Trek (2009) ****
Star Trek 6: The Undiscovered Country ***1/2
Star Trek 3: The Search For Spock ***
Star Trek 8: First Contact ***
Star Trek Into Darkness ***
Star Trek Beyond ***
Star Trek: The Motion Picture ***
Star Trek 7: Generations ***
Star Trek 10: Nemesis **1/2
Star Trek 5: The Final Frontier **
Star Trek 9: Insurrection *1/2

I like Wrath of Khan and Undiscovered Country best out of the older films.

I think 2009 is the best of the new series.

The Undiscovered Country may be the one I actually like the most though TOS is behind DS9 and TNG for my favorite Star Trek series.

I'd have to go with The Undiscovered Country, I love how they made it into a murder mystery-style movie. A great last movie for the original cast.

The Wrath of Khan
The Undiscovered Country
The Voyage Home
The Search for Spock
The Motion Picture

First Contact

Beyond

(I haven't seen any of the others, at least in their entirety, only bits and pieces of some. Even so, I feel confident in saying that the Abrams films would probably be at the bottom, and the other TNG films would be somewhat low, mainly because I'm no a huge TNG fan.)

Of the ones I've seen, I quite enjoy Star Trek IV a lot. And I don't even really like Italian.

Star Trek is the best film imo. And that includes Wrath of Khan.

The Undiscovered Country. It's my personal favourite Star Trek film and I can show it to anybody, even if they aren't a Trek fan, and they love it. A testament to Nicholas Meyer's handling of the franchise.

And Cliff Eidelman's score? Wow. It's a shame that he didn't blow up as a film composer after his work here.

It's been a really long time since I've seen ST4, but I never understood how flying around the sun could make you travel through time. Did they explain the science behind that at all in that movie? Is that based on any theories?

I haven't watched much Star Trek so I won't vote on the poll, just will say I really liked Beyond and it was an improvement over ITD.

Sorry, whilst I appreciate Wrath of Khan is highly rated, by many, is it not presumptuous that it would be regarded THE BEST automatically, as to exclude it from a poll.

Honestly, it may be a little presumptuous, but it's also true, WoK being in the poll would make the poll less interesting, because it would win by a landslide, because that's what it does every time someone makes a poll for the best Trek film.

For me, Undiscovered Country is my second favorite. Then it is followed by Beyond and Voyage Home.

Undiscovered Country
Voyage Home
Beyond
First Contact

Voyage Home (an ideal introduction for the non-Trekkie, I think)

I can never decide, even including WoK.

Star Trek: First Contact is the one that made me a Trekkie, and having just rewatched it a few months ago, it really holds up. Star Trek is an incredible, visceral breath of much needed fresh air and one of the best adventure movies in years.

The level down from that are The Search for Spock, The Voyage Home and The Undiscovered Country.

Beyond
I've only seen the once-- and enjoyed it-- but really need to see it again before I could rank it.
