I think FC, new characters with maybe some OT minor roles. Since Apocalypse can deal with timlines and such I dont see a reason to rule anything out as of now.

I think FC remaing actors+Younger rebooted character like Cyclops,and Jean+New characters like Gambit and Deadpool,since Bryan singer wants to use them,and possibly
using wolverine,If SInger can get Hugh jackman to return for APocalypse, seems like the way they are headed to.

The use of OT castmembers are wildcard for Apocalypse.

Because all rumors have FC characters appearing.There hasn't been any rumors on Apocalypse being a all OT film.

This Is more a poll on what based on rumors what we think Fox would do.It's up to indivual members to decide If they like it or not.

If it was up to me Apocalypse would be an OT sequel but that's not what rumors are hinting at.A 50/50 split seems to be best hope for OT fans.

I ain't gonna vote because I feel this is a pointless poll that created for only one specific sly purpose

Some may have to realise that FC cast are on contract for another and that with actors like Jennifer and fassbender they won't be cameos, there is no favouritism here with fox or singer, they may wanna have 3 origin films for the FC cast to sell as 3 films set 60,70s,80s, just like the OT had 3 films, and wolverine 3 films

But it could be another split event film, I hope it is just to quiet people down but I'd lower some expectations some what

With all due respect what are your complaning about? All rumors suggest this film will focus on FC cast.

The attempt is to get apocalypse talk out of the DOFP thread and into sequels and spinoffs.

The attempt is to ask and discuss what people think Fox will do.There Is virtully no chance based on rumors of this being a OT cast only film.

The OT cast may not be featured at at all In APocalypse.Especilly If there Is a erasing of films however that will have to wait to see DOFP to see if that Is happening but if it does FC,DOFP,and APocalypse become the franchise.

With Hugh Jackman's comments recently another wolverine film comes Into doudt if he Is being honest,and there remains warning signs how DOFP Is treating Origins before the time travel changes.

You know what I don't care.

I think the OT cast will be used for X-Men: Apocalypse because I think it is the right decision to move forward in the present time.

And if DOFP goes big next year, Fox will realize this.

No point dropping the FC cast, though my interest is primarily with pushing forward with the OT in a "present day" setting.

I expect both will be utilised again in some fashion, so I voted 50/50. I can't see FOX stepping back after DOFP, but I guess we'll see how the film does.

Wolverine would just be awkward with a teenage Cyke and Jean. Yeah he may fit the older brother mold this time, but that relationship could never be the same if he stays with the X-Men for all that time. How would a middle aged guy hit on a teenage Jean without teetering on creepo status? If that isn't the case, then that relationship would never have the same dynamic had Wolverine joined the X-Men at a later date (as in the OT). I would just take Hugh at his word in that he's winding down with the character and that Wolverine 3 is probably it for him if that. As much as he may have liked working with the FC cast, the key reason for him doing DoFP was the return of Singer and the majority of the OT cast. Bringing back the ol' gang for a final hurrah was the ploy to get him back. With the OT gone, he'd just be an elephant in the room with the FC cast if he returns. More than likely, I think he's captured by Stryker at the end, or he voluntarily enlists in another rogue paramilitary program following the restoration of his conscience, although this would require little explanation in the movie itself since it's consistent with the character

I love all the films, and I went with the FC Cast…we have three films featuring the OT cast + the addition of two Wolverine films that tried expanding upon the OT world--I don't want to get into it about ignoring films, tell someone who cares, I enjoy all the films.

While I love FC, it's not my favorite X-Film--my favorite goes to X1--I wouldn't mind the FC-verse to be revisited and expanded upon.

I'm happy as long as we get X-Films, there my favorite group of characters and have been for the last twenty-two years.

You didn't like Lawrence's performance?

I like her, her face and her presence in the franchise. She was great in Hunger Games but I thought she gave a lazy performance almost as bad as January Jones. And I didn't hate either performance, in fact I want Jones back as Emma. But Lawrence didn't do anything fantastic in FC. "Mutant and proud" was a cringe worthy line delivery.

I never thought the OT cast were done particularity well. Perhaps keep Wolverine (but put less focus on him) and Kitty (...I love Kitty okay) and then have a mix of the FC and new characters. I'd love to see Fantomex, Cable, Pixie and Psylocke.

They should do more with the OT cast. Why is Hollywood obsessed with the constant reboot? Its so annoying. They can easily do a proper X4, make it huge and it could be as good as any FC type film. There's no reason not to if its all the same movieverse. Are the actors that elderly? I don't mind more FC but how much can be told in the 70s-80s

films.Samuel L Jackman Is in his 60's yet he will be nick fury for awhile.Tom Cruise Is doing
another Mission Impossible film when he's In his 50's now.Harrison ford may do another star wars and possibly even another indiana Jones film and he's close to Patrick Stewert and
Ian Mckellen's ages.

And Paul Rudd is 44 and he was just hired as Ant-Man this month and Mark Ruffalo is 46. Those two will probably appear in more than 1 MCU movies in the upcoming years. And they don't even physically look better than Halle Berry/Hugh Jackman.
