Apocalypse Post Credit Teaser idea's?

It was said that charles pushed her away by trying to help her and that she was experimented on after killing trask so we can only assume that not happening must have some impact

Based on Lawrence's latest comments debating what they may do with Mystique may be pointless.I even wonder if Mystique will make it out of Apocalypse alive.

Inless she walks back her comments Apocalypse may be it for Mystique.

that's when fox negociate, I ain't to sure what she should have said in that interview when asked that question tbh

Same as hoults he said the same thing, it's one of those things where because she didn't follow it up with I'd do more that she clearly would never play the character ever again

If she dies I will be shocked if they keep her dead

Not because of lawrence but more the character, 6 movies, 2 Actresses

They can keep her alive, but have her go solo. Would be easy for her to disappear post-DOFP for example

I totally agree with some previous posts that Mystique and Beast really don't have anything to resolve. They kind of had some startings of some feelings 20 years ago, but Mystique left and Beast never got the chance to shed on her. That story concluded the moment she left. Sure, they could do some talk about being true to one's self (meaning, Mystique doesn't hide who she is, while Beast does - effectively pride in being a mutant) or the "I wonder what could have been" discussion, but that's all the resolution that "relationship" needs or deserves. Anything more is forcing something that never happened!

At the same time I don't believe that Mystique and Charles or Charles and Erik or Erik and Mystique have concluded their arcs. They will want to conclude these story arcs in this movie, especially since it keeps the focus on the main stars.

Here's some likely points that they will include:

- Mystique to Erik - Why did you leave me. I loved you. yadda, yadda yadda
- Erik to Mystique - I loved you too. I never meant to hurt you. yadda, yadda, yadda.
- Mystique to Erik - Let me tell you what happened to me after you left... (with the obvious result being Kurt)
- Erik to Mystique - I'm leaving - making a new world that will be safe for mutants. It's everything you have fought for. Come with me.
- Mystique to Erik - Nope. We shouldn't have to leave. Me and MY Brotherhood are going to continue to fight the persecution of mutants. Yadda, yadda, yadda... Oh, and have you met my new lover Logan? - jk - maybe

- Charles to Raven - I'm sorry I couldn't make you happy.
- Raven to Charles - It wasn't your fault, but Charles, you are in denial. There are forces out there that hurt our kind, and nothing you do can stop that. In many ways, Erik was right.

- Erik to Charles - I'm tired of fighting Charles. Mutants can win this battle, but what we'd be left with won't be worth ruling over.
- Charles to Erik - But we can make a difference. Look what we did with those kids 20 years ago, and look what I'm doing with these new X-kiddos. You can be a part of this.
- Erik to Charles - No Charles, I've made my decision. I am going to create an avalon for mutantkind, one where any mutant can live free, free from the threat of persecution that this world offers.

Add in some whose your daddy (or mommy) stuff, that includes possibly some talk about Kurt and such and some Quicksilver stuff, and you've got plenty of good resolution stuff that can affect the main story arc.

So yes, as we all know, this one will be about concluding the Charles/Erik/Raven stuff (with a little Beast stuff thrown in), but they are going to have to focus, at least a little, on the future of this movieverse, and that means Cyclops, Jean, Storm and some Nightcrawler stuff as well.

Going forward they are going to need McAvoy's Professor X, and there should be at least one more good Magneto story out there where he can be the main villain (done right this time), but Mystique and even Beast are ready to move on. Mystique could deserve her own spin-off, one that could delve into her relatonship with Destiny and could even be a prelude to an X-Factor movie or TV show.

But as indicated above, as much as we know they will get into all of this Charles, Raven, Erik, Hank and even Moira stuff; it needs to apply to the bigger story of this movie and still allow for plenty of new character development in order to make us love these new X-Men in order to bring the GA back in 3 years!

- Mystique to Erik - Why did you leave me. I loved you.
- Erik to Mystique - I loved you too. I never meant to hurt you.
- Mystique to Erik - Let me tell you what happened to me after you left...
- Erik to Mystique - You don't have to, I know you gave as... to Azazel.

- Mystique to Erik - Why did you leave me. I loved you. yadda, yadda yadda

Erik to mystique - i was arrested trying to save the president didn't you see the news?

Mystique to Eric - i gave you a choice eric it was either me or the president and you made your choice!

Eric to Mystique - i know i was so stupid... oh and by the way sorry for trying to kill you 10 years ago

Mystique to Eric - its ok i understand you was just trying to save mutant kind

Eric to Mystique - yes and thats also why i was trying to save the president

Mystique to Eric - oh always about the president why don't you 2 get a room eric!

Yeah, the fact that he tried to kill her 10 years ago might need to be a part of their resolution. She may harbor some ill feelings on that one...

My biggest worry though is that they will make Nightcrawler the child of both Raven and Eric! This would upset me to no end. Not as much as if they made him the son of Raven and Hank, but still, if they change it to Erik being the father so they can turn this into a "whose your daddy" centric movie I will start throwing Shtuff at the screen!!!!!

If the rumours are true...

They could have it that Apocalypse goes into hibernation at the end of this and awakens in the future with the post-credit scene being Logan and Ororo discovering he's re-awoken, follow that up with a future movie about that while continuing the FC cast seperately.

Only 40 years of recovering, he needs 100 as I know, that's why he wasn't seen in old time line.
They will easily beat him in future.

What logan finds apocalypse and then goes on his own adventure for wolverine 3? Why does everyone forget wolverine 3 lol

That would be silly also to end apocalypse with him running away or assumed dead for 40 years just to show he wasn't killed at the end of the movie, the whole movie would have been really pointless

marvel turned third captain america into avengers 2.5 who is to say wolverine solo film isn't In new timeline X-Men 3.5 If you call FC 1,DOFP 2 and apocalypse 3.

That can introduce gambit In apocalypse for solo film. And putting him with OT cast opens door for someone from OT cast to have cameo In Gambit.

If Gambit is in future, maybe it's clone created by Mr. Sinister.

If stewart doesn't get a cameo then that's certainly worth noting

:woo::woo: Let's do that!!!

:db: That sounds pretty sweet.

Poor Singer would have to pull double duty though.

The question is what's the point of doing that exactly? having him wake up on the future apart from woo the future characters get to fight him now! It seems pointless putting him up against the past ones in that case, if they wanted to set up they could have very easy with Mr sinister for FC3 instead of throwing him into the 80s

wow I eeally hope the postcredit scene is set in the future!!!It would be similar to the Wolverine's midcredit scene.

Well it would be interesting for the characters to see him again in the future but they wouldn't really fear him if they were able to beat him years ago, so yeah...

Then have the non techapocalypse in the past and the physically tech advanced apoc in the future after being helped out by sinister in the end credits of Apocalypse. problem solved ?
