This is extremely hard, as I have an affection for each Superman that hit me in every which different way that I can't quite decifer in a ranking (and I'm just sticking to cinematic Superman movies that are considered standalone films). This list may look different tomorrow and the day after that:

2. Superman (A very close second and I’ll likely love it more over time)

3. Superman II (either cut; both are good)

4. Superman III (It’s bad but the stuff with Clark and Lana is great, plus the evil Superman fight is rad)

5. Man of Steel (I feel like I would like this movie a lot more if Superman didn’t have such disregard for people and didn’t directly endanger them himself so much. Also that Pa Kent death scene makes me so angry)

6. BvS (I hate this movie)

7. Superman Returns (I hate this one even more)

8. Whedon’s Justice League (Abysmal but Superman comes off better than he did in any other Cavill movie, even if his face looks like a Picasso)

9.Snyder’s Justice League (If you’re going to make me sit through a 4-hour movie, it better be more than 4 hours of gray action figures going back and forth between mashing together and brooding)

10. Superman IV (Not even Reeve could make this unholy mess watchable)

There's something of a steep drop off after II. Then a very steep drop off after four. Was tempted to slot in BvS rather than III but the stuff I like in that movie is all Affleck and Irons related, nothing to do with Superman.
