Gordon: Hmm, and he usually says a polite ''goodbye''

I love that line. It should be in a movie. Ofcourse the person who says the first line is variable.

The RTR (Right to Realism Group): It's not practical and not realistic. He would only have one to reduce the chance of someone breaking in and discovering his secret. And we don't want to have that silly Batman Forever tube that extends from Wayne Enterprises to the Batcave. And that entrance with the statue into the cave from Batman Returns? Ridiculous. How could anyone want anything so fake and stupid?

Batman doesn't wear lenses. Not all the time.

White eyes when wearing a mask is a comic book tradition. It's not a literal representation of what the character's eyes look like.

its a cool manip, but i much prefer to see his eyes, plus batman needs his senses, i highly doubt he would wear lenses that could hinder his vision.Also you see so little of his face, an actor act's with his eyes as well as everything else. i remember adam west saying something about it being hard to act under a mask, i think bale wearing lenses would make it even harder.On aside note, Anyone know why pretty much every superhero that wears a mask has white eyes in the comics?

hey... they chose michael keaton because of his eyes! the eyes are important while acting, they "say" a lot about the character... i wouldn't want a fanboy wish come true to compromise an actor's performance....
