Hi guys. I'm new here, so I'm still trying to get the feel of this board. I've been lurking here for quite some time now, especially this picture thread. I've lots of pics waitin' to be posted, but how many posts do I have to have to be able to post them?
And how do I make an avatar? I can't seen to find a box in my user profile to paste an image link?

I can't understand how people see De Niro in that Two Face picture. It looks absolutely nothing like him.

Yea, it does not look like him. Not even if someone photoshoped it more and changed the hair.

That should answer your questions; but you can post pictures no matter how many posts you have.

Ok, I'll give it a try : this is a scan I made of a cover, took all the colors out, gave it new colors and a new background.

Cool picture, and no problem. Here is a little tip for when you get into viewing a lot of threads from multiple sections: the User CP is your best friend.

Here's a drawing I made myself. Keep in mind that I'm just an amateur; drawing is a hobby, nothing more, so it may anatomically not be correct.

One of them was drawn by Al Rio, if memory serves. The other, I forgot.

There's lots of good stuff to be found there, and you have a choice between color drawings, b/w drawings, sketches. I myself prefer the b/w's, because I can color them to my liking.

That site is definitely worth a visit.

I am a bit disappointed though...some of Rio's art just looks too much like Lee's Batman and ...those two pictures you posted do not like like a Jim Lee wanabe as much as some of his other art does.

Even some of his Superman and Wonderwoman pictures looks too much like Lee's as well.

Nah just so many artists nowadays are just ripping off of older ones here and there (more than usual). Still like the pictures though.
