Street Fighter for sure. I hope it flops for just for that horrible casting.

SF and G.I. Joe have HORRID casting. I don't think they even tried to come close on either one. You can tell the fanbase had no input or influence on the filmakers whatsoever, nor was trying to please the fanbase or meet them halfway a concern with either production.

Dragonball is definitely the top contender for the biggest flop. I just don't see how that could work as a live action movie. A majority of people probably have never even heard of it. Judging from some of the set pics, it looks really lame. It has potential flop written all over it.

I had no idea they were making another Street Fighter movie. Is that live action? If so, I think there's a strong possibility of it flopping. The first live action movie didn't work, so why try again?

The Incredible Hulk is another possibility, but I don't see it happening.

Speed Racer doesn't look great at all. It looks like a badly designed video game.

Yeah, but even if it is a bad movie, everyone want's to see it because of the new 3D technology!
Exactly. Spiderman used an upgrade in CGI. It happens all the time. This will change the way people see movies since it is in 3-D, in high definition and uses photo realistic imaging (different from CGI).

Oh, and the reason he took ten years to do another film was because:
1) He was working on other projects such as Aliens of the Deep and writing articles for NASA magazine
2) The double lense, stereophonic, 3-D, high definition camera AND photo realistic effects took ten years to develop. He has stated this many times. He had to wait for the technology to become aviailable before he made the film. It would be like Speilberg making Jurrasic Park in the 80's.

I'm sorry, but there is no way in hell Dark Knight is going to fail. It's like the Anti-Meet Dave-a juggernaught for sure! :hehe: :brucebat:  :hoboj:  :hehe:

The Happening looks bad. M. Night hasn't made anything good since the 6th sense.

I hate to say this but I don't think Hellboy 2 will do well as people hope. It comes out a week after Hanock. A Will Smith movie and a week before The Dark Knight.(Which will possibly be the movie of not only the summer but the entire year.)

I'm surprised Hellboy 2 is coming out in the summer, whatever the first movie made was largely due to it's spring release date. Of all the summer comic movies, I can easily see this being lost in the suffle, it's not a big enough name for summer.

Wanted (nobody cared for Mr. and Mrs.Smith)
Hancock (stupid title that will confuse the audience)
Speed Racer (has crap written all over it)

Uh, you do know Mr. and Mrs. Smith made $186 mil right? Says to me some people cared for it.
Also, I doubt Hancock's title will confuse the general public, everyone will know what the movie is once June rolls around and the marketing machince starts rolling.

I voted for Hulk, but i think SpeedRacer and Hellboy 2 are up there aswell.

Wanted, Speed Racer, Dragonball, Street Fighter and even the new Narnia film have bomb-potential, I think. Possibly even the Incredible Hulk, though I'm not at all sure...

Sadly, I think Hellboy II has a big chance of bombing as well. It's just not placed well, what, a week before TDK??

Not on your list, but I say 'Avatar'. This movie has 'Waterworld' written all over it - without Kevin Costner.

Hellboy 2
Indy
Wolverine..also hope it does good

WTF! Are you on drugs!? Indy is the most watched trailer of all time & will probably be #1 this year. (Either that or BM, looks like a rematch of '89)

Wolverine is Marvel's second most popular character, unless it's R that'll probably be #1.

Hellboy 2 isn't flopping nor will Indy. I think Wolverine might underperform due to his story not being visually appealing or kid friendly as Spider-Man.

I think kids like him as much as Spidey. Batman isn't really kid friendly either.

Anyone notice how that stupid Vegas movie (starring the man faced Cameron Diaz) moved back from May 2nd to May 9th? Scared of good ol' Iron Man.

Hellboy shouldn't be coming out in summer, the movie would do much better released in March or April. There's just too competetion for a movie like that in the summer.

Man, after watching the new Hulk trailer I want to change my vote. That s**t looks awful. It's bad when the Ang Lee one that was done back in 03 has far better cg. The hulk looked better in that one too, regardless of how crappy it was at the end of the day.

Anyone saying Speed Racer will flop is ******ed.

It's a KIDS movie. Seriously people. A kids movie about BADASS CAR RACING. Every boy in the world is going to see it.

Meet Dave will for surely bomb. Are the studios of that movie expecting a big hit?

Yeah but looks what's behind it Narnia I think those two will both hurt each other in the Long Run.

However I'm not picking those 2 Dragon Ball they really don't need to make a movie about this.

how the hell is speed racer gonna flop...

its PG... pg + bright colors = $$$

i hear alot of people at school excited to see it too..

meet dave will not only suck but flop

Hey XWOLVERINE2, what do you think about the Dragonball movie? I'm a Streetfighter fan and I think the DB and SF fans should join together and tell Hollywood not to bother with the franchises we love if they can't do them justice. It just seems like both the Chun Li movie and the Dragonball movie are getting the Dead or Alive movie treatment. Know what I'm sayin? Crap like that pisses me off endlessly.

Dragonball will get ripped by the critics and will likely bomb the most out of those.
