does he say anything about it?

On his site? Nope. He states that he's the previs animator thats it. I'm sure all the Hulk crew members signed some kind of confidentiality agreement preventing them from discussing the specifics of their work especially a movie thats in pre-production.

Not to be all picky and stuff... but I think Pre-Vis refers specifically to crude 3D versions of the scenes in a movie, either by computer animation or stop-motion, or whatever, as long as it's 3D (first employed on full scenes in Jurassic Park I believe), while story boards are crude comic book like versions of the scenes in a movie.

yeah, i was wondering that same thing, i remember Spielberg using something like this in WOTW

Previsualization means that they will be using 3D, not necessarily a 3D version of the character to create a rough version of the shots they're planning to make in action scenes not so much dialogue scenes. It's like a 3D storyboard in that it's incomplete and very open to change design wise
That's what it is SAVA!!! and I hope that makes it clear to you Kent and that u were right I just wanted to add a little more detail.
