Woah...that looks awesome. So far, this is a day 1 buy for me.

That gameplay footage looks impressive. I got a very strong Blade Runner vibe from the city. Like Crockett said, the bounty hunter part looks to be full of fun.

Also, that shoulder-mounted missiles is mint.

The game has gone quiet for awhile so this could be a possible outcome, still sucks since it looked really promising from what was shown.

There was a TON of good buzz about this game. Other games, that were getting horrible talks as they were being shown (ie: Ghost Recon) are still churning along.

cancelled huh that a shame and I was really looking forward to it too. this better not be cause some peeps were complaining about it not continuing with the Former protagonist in the sequel. I under that the reason for the complaint but that doesn't mean there wouldn't have been fallow up(maybe in the third game or as DLC since he was gonna show up in this game.

I find it weird if it really was canned. There was an ad for it in every Skyrim box. That was only 5 months ago. Most games go that long (or longer) without any info.

So...what they're saying is that Prey 2 fails to live up to the high standard of Bethesda's previous published titles. Like such classics as Rogue Warrior and Wet.

Jeez, well here's to hoping things pan out.

I'm happy that it's not cancelled but that "quality standard" Prey 2 hasn't reached yet sounds like BS. With that recent news about Human Head didn't deliberately work on the game since November since they're trying to re-negotiate their contract with ZeniMax, it all sounds like a cluster****. It's debatable if HH should've pull off something like but I'm worried if the game will switch to another developer, I just hope that the game will see the light of day with the original vision still intact.

I'm just happy it's not cancelled. The framework there seems like something that can be built upon if given time. As long as the idea is still us being a bounty hunter set in that kind of setting (doesn't NEED to be set in the Prey universe) I can live with most other changes.

I don't know why they connected to the first Prey at all. Are people nostalgic over that game?

I hope that doesn't mean Prey 2 is going to completely change from what we have seen before. I want it to be connected to the first game in some way. I think it would be cool to play as a bounty hunter and meet Tommy the protagonist from the first game.
