One of the saddest stories I've read in a long time. Not so much for the prisoner, but for the little girl.

I wonder what he's in for, the details, 5 years in minimum security for drugs would seem like it's pretty minor, maybe posession or posession with intent to sell. Either way, let the guy out to the halfway house so he can be with his daughter, I could understand if he was there for murder or rape, in a maximum security place, but drugs? Plus he's supposed to be transfered in August anyway, is keeping him there for 4-5 more months really necessary?

The only reason this should really be is if he's detained for murder, rape or beingf a pedo, it seems he's none of these as already mentioned. That's just not on, that poor little girl.
