"At the heart of it is a love story, but with a lot of action. It is an exciting film and a different kind of film."

I just noticed this.......I am surprised no one else has pointed this out. It is a love story? Between whom, I wonder? Iris and Barry? Talia and Bruce? Hmm...

He was an executive producer on The World's Fastest Indian and Australian film Little Fish with Cate Blanchett, and is producing the joint Korean-American action film Laundry Warrior, starring Geoffrey Rush, which is shooting in Auckland.

Osborne is refering to Laundry warrior not justice league Rog :cwink:

...are you certain, Maze? I don't think so...this is an article about Justice League and WETA, not Barry Osborne and his various projects.

Yes i am.

for furher proof look at what the hype has taken from the article .

i read the article and it mentions both jla and that koren film.

It mentions the Korean film as an example of what Osborn is working on along with Justice League, play him up a little, show he is a good source, but there is no indication that his comment is about Laundry Warrior and not Justice League.

The fact that the Hype didn't pick up on it doesn't mean it isn't relavent. Obviously, Osborne felt like mentioning it. If it ISN'T about Justice League, it needs to STATE that.

AND, it seems I am not the only one who this occurred to.

Note his last comment on the bottom.

Well like one say we'll have to agree to disagree:o :woot: :cwink:

Ithaca was a great school. It's probably a lot different now though; I graduated back in the 80's.

Yeah, yeah, old fart I am.

LOL ;)

not that old you are older then me, I am only 22 yrs old. I got a yr left. As i mentioned once i get out i hope to get into the tv/film biz i want to do production side of things.

WETA's involvement in this film is basically the only aspect I'm genuinely excited about. Every thing else is a cause for concern.

Same here. I enjoyed WETA since they done work on Peter Jackson's films.

That's a positive point?

I'm ready to play the game if you are. But just be sure you really want to, 'cause while it's a lot of fun, it can get brutal. Just sayin' man.

Let's not discuss the cast (considering the many names being thrown about) until the WB announces who's playing who. Until then, I'm taking the casting rumors with a grain of salt.

As for costume design, I think Grant Major will be designing the JL costumes (since he did co-design the LOTR costumes), working off Marit Allen's original designs. I'm excited about WETA coming on to do the costumes and having George Miller direct the film, but I want to save judgment till I see the locked-in cast, the trailers for JL and the finished film before I say anything about casting.

Yea Hopefully WETA doesnt disapoint us on the hero costumes in the film. I doubt they will, they have had great costumes/cgi on many films.

We already have a thread for discussing potential actors cast in the film... why bring the discussion here? >_>

And i second that !:cmad:

we have waited lonngggggg enough!!!! :cmad: :down

:woot:
