There's an artist who works on the steps of the U.S. Capitol and normally draws portraits for the tourists. Apparently, this morning was slow, and he decided to brush up on his skills. He found the perfect subject. Here's the illustrator's direct quote: "I've seen a lot of smug suits walk out of that building over the past 27 years, but this (guy) takes home the prize...I figured he must be a future candidate for president or something because he just stood there scanning the city for at least 20 minutes as if he was thinking to himself, 'someday soon, all this is going to be mine.'" The artist let us photograph his work. The resemblance is hard to question.
