Lol, I know you were talking to him but just wanted to say you might want to cool it off a bit. I don't mind arguing intelligent arguments when someone moves past "Sony sucks because someone else said so!!!". It's just with comments like that it's kinda obvious why you got banned. I of course am not going to report you or anything, but keep saying stuff like that an someone will. You called him a "12 year old girl who shouldn't be trusted alone in a school yard" lol...at any rate your arguing like you were 8 and just learned a string of cusswords.

At least you try to defend yourselves or make a decent point, he just brings up the fact that the person in question has been banned and hopes that'll save his chops. I know why I've been banned, because people couldn't take the truth so they freaked out.

And actually, that's really the first time I've insulted someone like that so heavily. Long Dong is just the exception to the rule. He needs to learn to grow up and stop using ridiculous arguments like "YOU'VE BEN BANED!!1!! LOL!!" when he can't think of anything better to say.

Not trying to start an argument, just honestly friendly advice that you shouldn't get so emotionally upset and insult ppl like that or you could be working on your next ban.

If you let someone tell you what to like or hate without ever knowing or having first hand experience yourself, then you're arguing without any real base. There were plenty of ppl in the game industry who said Sega Saturn or Dreamcast would blow all other systems out of the water and Sega's now out of the console making buisness. Simply posting someone else's opinion doesn't make you right or wrong, or mean a console sucks or rules, it means you posted someone else's opinion.

Post a link to where he said this, if indeed he did. Another thing to take into consideration is that opinions only matter to those who care to listen or trust the person that they came from.

Why am I right? It doesn't matter how I come off, it matters if what I am saying is correct. My argument was correct, down to the needle. I proved that Top Gamer did say this, and that he did have a PS3 so he would know.

He said my opinion wasn't trustworthy and gave me the absolutely "******ed" reason of "this guys been banned, no one listen to him even though he might be right!". If you look around, I don't insult everyone I get into arguments with. I only insulted Long Dong because he is immature and needs to learn to not get into fights he can't win himself. Glad you didn't take it the wrong way. I don't mind debating and different points of view. It's just at the rate ppl have been getting banned lately it probably wouldn't take much.

To me it's good to have opposing views as it sparks discussion. I also understand the need for having more than paper skin on most forums as it can bring out the worst in ppl. I just think that insults just spark and drag arguments on, I would put ppl on ignore but most ppl have something good to say and it's just spurts of insults like that so I don't.

Anyway back to topic lol. IMO PS3 is worth getting, but it might be best for you to wait if you're on the fence. If you can wait the price will drop and better titles will be out at that point. As for me I have the cash and would rather have one sooner than later, maybe a bit of impatience but not a lot. I just had the money set back after hearing it was a few months away, but I'm not the type to stand in lines for a console. I'll just wait until they have one in stock and I happen to be in a store at that time, don't feel like going out of my way.

That's not the point. Because A) I would never believe you were "Jesus Christ" and B) I'm an atheist so the question would never come into the conversation.

Secondly, I asked you it and you responded in a way that seemed to verify that you were, indeed, oregondude. You said "I've never seen you on these forums before, so I doubt we've argued before" etc. etc. as if you were actually the person I asked of.

Clarification is always nice. When you answer in a way that seems to make you out as the person you are asked to be, it becomes confusing for the other person.
