Uh last year the xbox sold out at every store that did not have pre orders...even Walmart. I guarantee you that you won't get one unless you are the only person to visit that Walmart that entire day.

uh last year it was at K-mart for a couple of weeks! I just didnt get it because at the time I wasnt interested in the xbox 360.

Every single store in a 400 mile radius of where I live was sold out solid. Pre orders were filled and every place had a line. I bought it, sold it for a two fold profit and then bought another one when they became widely available. So in reality, I got a free 360 for waiting in line 9 hours. Not bad.

Hey, if people are stupid enough to pay double for something rather than just wait a few months and get it for regular price, that's their problem. I wanted a Xbox 360, didn't get one launch day so I waited till February and got one for regular price instead of paying double.
