Punisher?

Ok I read the punisher made a cameo in this movie but I have no memory of him. Can some one describe scene so I can find it?

In the end, when MJ is running away from the church, to go to Peter's.
Thers a guy who is walking that actually looks like Thomas Jane(the Punisher) but I guess it was never confirmed.

At a distance it looks like him, but if you freeze the image, you can clearly see its not Thomas Jane as The Punisher. Just an extra that i guess decided he wanted to wear a trenchcoat.
