My cousin's malamute is named Balthazar.
Some names, just don't match dogs.I would say something simple would be good.
Name him Jake.
hahahaha! can't you just see a guy calling out in the park for his dog?
black shirt with a dragon, covered with cookie crumbs.
dungeon master's guide in his hand.
Actually, Deities & Demigods was the D&D book that had the Cthulhu gods in it...

-- there's a good puppy name.
Princess Sofia. . . .
Other names that come into mind:
My favorite names I ever had for pets were our two cats, Mozart and Monet. It fit them both so well too.
Guinness is a pretty good name.
Too close to Jack.
Sorry but...eww! :
*although Sofia is a beautiful name since it's my middle name.
I suck at naming pets. My dogs were called Psycho Dan, Bandit and Cassidy.
What's your list so far?
6 pages of garbage, my names are still the best.
I always think the name should fit the dog, so for a dalmation/pit bull mix I'd think uglyassdog would be good. "Here, uglyassdog, here boy."
The picture I promised...not the best, but it's hard to get pictures of a puppy.
Also, please ignore the disgustingly hideous sofa he is laying on. It's a spare we just threw in the extra bedroom for the dogs play and sleep on.
And yes, he is sinking into it because the cushions refuse to stay in place.
He is still pretty much nameless, but my husband wants to call him Chase, mostly because its his favorite thing to do.
Chance is that dog from that movie that looks like that.
Homeward Bound rocks
Yeah, he really does. He might actually be American Bulldog/Dalmatian, the people at the SPCA really label everything as "pit bulls" or "lab mixes."
