Question(s) for all fans who hate seeing their favorite superheroes get married - what specific aspects of it bother you so much? Do you dislike the narrowed love interest options or do you just oppose marriage in general?

I've always wondered that myself. What? You guys hate the idea of Marriage? Is it because you can't get a girl and feel that these guys with perfect bodies and super powers should be just as lonely and miserable as you are? huh? Well?!?

It may be the writers who want him divorced more than the fans; I've read that a number of writers within the Spider-Man camp hate having Spidey married on the grounds that it ages his character and limits the "soap opera" possibilities. You'd think there'd be enough soap-opera-styled drama just trying to be married AND a superhero at the same time.

i think that they are just pissed that they didn't do first. so they want to undo what they didn't have the foresight to do themselfs.
