Random Comic Stuff

she's cute, but she's a terrible actress. She was also in Lord of the G-String

thanks for the link Hero, I moved it to anime/manga. But that was one of Clerk's threads, not mine

I own Spider-Babe. It is really funny. Not intentionally funny, but funny nonetheless. If you buy the DVD it comes with and R rated version and an Unrated version. The Unrated is by far the better of the two because it has more soft core lesbianism and more ridiculous "plot."

And Misty Mundae is really hot. SHe's got the perfect "girl-next-door" look.

it's a lowbudget, softcore porn movie. Why the hell does it have an R rated and Uncensored version?

Maybe they had planned on giving it a theatrical release. :D

The only reason I was watching it was for the ridiculously bad plot. It's amazing that someone, somewhere, thought that a scene-by-scene lesbian version of Spider-Man where webs come out of the protagonist's hoo-ha needed to be made.To paraphrase what someone once said about Pitof's Catwoman "The money would have been better spent if they lit it on fire to keep the homeless warm".

Yeah, she's exactly my type. She has a very sweet, innocent appearance, which makes the fact that she's a porn star depress me.

Uh...that was a little too much information, wasn't it?

I don't care that she's a porn star. It's not like she's doing hardcore bukakke films or something. It's softcore lesbian stuff. I saw that kind of stuff at the strip club this weekend. It's not that big a deal.

I know it's not that big of a deal,I just have a habit of pegging every girl I'm attracted to as a sweet, virginal angel.

*sigh* All that this conversation is missing is thealiasman2000 and his beloved giantesses.:(

Bah, shes no porn star. Soft Core doesn't count.

I wished that the movie's Jameson had the trademark cigar during the oral sex scene.I would've laughed myself into a herrnia.

Wow....who knew that soft-core lesbian superhero porn could stop a thread in it's tracks?:o

not just kill, not just stop, but kill stop

You say 'cause'.

I say 'effect'.

I had no hatred of Bendis before...

No wait... I did.

He created the craptacular 'Ultimate' universe which detracted sales from the traditional Marvel universe causing the perception of a need for a hardcore re-vamping of the MU which led to the shock-value killing trend as of lately.

I almost forgot I hated him for that too.

Nevermind.

Still classifies as 'effect' though.

Our dark lord has returned.

Haven't seen this thread in a while, so I thought I'd put this here.

Ever feel like you're the last one to get a joke? I never looked at these back to back, so I never "got" it. Kirkman is all about the bad sitcom.

TPB titles for Invincible:

Family Matters
Eight is Enough
Perfect Strangers
Head of the Class
The Facts of Life
A Different World
Three's Company

wow, I can't believe I was so blind about that

100 Bullets does a similar gimmick, albeit some are not so immediately obvious

First Shot, Last Call
Split Second Chance
Hang up on the Hang Low
A Foregone Tomorrow
The Counterfifth Detective
Six Feet Under The Gun
Samurai
The Hard Way
Strychnine Lives
Decayed

There are currently ten trade paperbacks in publication for this series. The titles of the trade paperbacks all seem to be somehow related with their volume number ("First Shot", "Second Chance", "Foregone", "Counterfifth", "Six Feet", "Strychnine", "Decayed"), with two being indirect references ("Samurai" being book 7, for Seven Samurai, and book 8 titled "the Hard Way," a reference to a roll in craps), save for book 3, which was originally to be called "The Charm" - as in, 'third time's the...', but was given the title of the collection's largest plot arc, "Hang Up on the Hang Low," when it won the Eisner Award.

I already figured out the Invincible stuff after like, the second trade. (Plus it was mentioned in Wizard :o ) But that 100 Bullets stuff was new to me.
