So, we know Crane wants Falcone to have Rachel killed, and then later Batman saves her from some goons on the subway.
In the scene where Crane visits Falcone in prison, Falcone makes an offhand comment where he says "and those goons you used...I own the muscle in this town".
Is that line meant to imply/reveal those two men on the subway were actually sent by Crane himself, not Falcone?
