No way is Spider-Man 2 the best Marvel film made. It's easily the best film Sony has made, but I thought it was just good. Not great.

I'm sorry, but I have to ask, what's your rationale for not even including Avengers in the 'worth seeing as a Marvel fan' category? It's especially baffling, given you place Iron Man 2 in the spectacular film camp.

But a reboot is still a reboot, not a sequel. If Ang Lee's Hulk was MCU canon, it would have a sequel, not a reboot.

As for your list, I saw flaws in all of the films, but think saying films in the MCU should be "avoided" is a little harsh.

I think it is definitely the best movie based off a Marvel Comics character. The second best is DOFP. Then The Winter Soldier.

Myself, I consider Origins the only weak link of the X-Films.

I couldn't pick one over the other…look what both franchises have done.

Parts I and II are brilliant, and III is decent…even with a few cringeworthy scenes, might even put that one above The Last Stand--if I was doing the films individually…

Did anybody know Blade before the films? I know I didn't…this series got me into researching and collecting the comics.

Daredevil: Director's Cut, Elektra--
DC is one of Marvel's best…it's also the only reason Elektra shares the number four spot…honestly, if I was doing these separate instead of series…I'd probably have Elektra dead last…I do think Man-Thing is better…

Fantastic Four Films (Fantastic Four, Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer)--
I did think they did the family aspect of the FF justice. I don't think the films were that bad. Doom was horribly miscast…
