There's a difference between believing marriage is between a man and a woman, and equating gays to pedophiles as Bizzle did.
I don't take offense at the former, but I definitely do at the latter.
I think I've said this before,but I think what Christians are trying to say (and granted some communicate it better than others) when they compare gays to pedophiles is that in both cases you have an "abnormal" desire that (we believe) should not be acted upon.Not that both are to be considered an "equal" sin.
I think Bizzle even made the point that we ALL have our own pet sin that should not be acted on.Gay OR straight.If someone engages in prostitution,adultery,fornication- that doesn't make them any less a sinner than someone engaging in homosexuality.
The only real difference is the former is "abusing the privilege" and the latter "perverting the privilege".But at the end of the day sin is sin.And all sin can be forgiven.
