An “extra step” that takes less than 2 seconds, though. That seems like quite a minor quibble to me.

It takes longer than that on a mobile phone though. It’s fine on my IPad, but on my mobile it’s a pain as I have to click a couple of things to get to watched threads.

I don't think that's a thing, but you can disable signatures in your preferences.

If y'all really care about this Watched Threads thing, I suggest you make your appeals to @Buffaloed, because I don't think I'm making the case well enough.

I added avatar disabling (copied from HFBoards ) to preferences. Try it, it's *extremely* experimental since the theme is different here so stuff could break, dunno.

I thought part of changing software was to avoid bots. Looking at "New posts" I can see a whole slew of what are obviously bot started threads.

We have a much more efficient spam clean-up function now. I'm pretty sure I just got rid of all those with one click. Do you see any there now?

The bottom bar on the header is there because I asked for a quick-click button for the Watched Threads that you wouldn't have to scroll and look for, as per multiple requests. They're still working on getting it looking right, though.

I don't have a problem with the bottom bar existing, just the execution, hope that they fix it.

And just noticed the header isn't following me down the page anymore, very happy about that.

My assumption (no direct knowledge of the situation :P ) is that all the color issues are going to be addressed at one time by the behind the scenes design people in charge of such things.

The problem with myself or Buffaloed half-ass changing colors here and there to make text more readable is it affects the theme elsewhere. The colors are all linked so if you change the secondary text color for example to make it look better on alerts, it might be equally invisible somewhere else.

Is straight up removing the sidebar from the website completely a difficult thing to do? Because I don't think I've seen a single poster on here say that they like the sidebar or find it in any way useful. There's just no reason for it to even exist.
