Daredevil trailer is out. How excited are you?



Overall I'm very impressed my only concerns are the costume but that's not permanent look. And I'm not sure how I feel about the accent but I'm just use to hearing him on Boardwalk Empire something to get use to I guess. Also would've like a badass Kingpin line.

The costume didn't concern me nearly as much as the tone did before this came out. That said, it looks like they nailed it. This looks like a much grittier story than Marvel typically puts out, which is needed for Daredevil. At this point I don't know what I'm more excited for, this show or the new Avengers film. This is a great year to be a Marvel fan.

this trailer is pretty damn awesome. i mean...like pretty damn awesome. cox looks like a good murdock/devil. and d'onfrio is going to rival hiddleston or possibly surpass him when it's all said and done as MCU's best villian.

My only critique is the lack of Fisk in the trailer but that will come all in due time. Everything I saw looked great though. I was worried I would be underwhelmed because I've hyped this up so much but I was not disappointed.

I very much liked the trailer. 8.5/10 for me. The main issue I have with it is how literally dark everything is in it which makes getting a good view of the footage difficult when you add that to quick cuts and such.

Fantastic Trailer. I was always looking forward to this but now I'm looking forward to it a lot more. Those are going to be some nice two months for us Marvel fans. DD and then followed by Avengers. The tone looks spot on and I think "The Wire" comparison looks warranted after all.

I'm debating between an 8.5 or a 9. I have little to no complaints, I think seeing the red suit would have put it up over the top, but for now a 9 will do.

Thats really the only way to rate anything. If you're watching something and it doesn't have at least 1 of those things, then its not worth your time.

I loved it, although I won't say it was perfect. It gives a good sense of the series, its tone, its themes, etc. It'll be a dark, crime drama with Matt's inner turmoil as an emerging vigilante. Aside from that, we'll have to see.

I'm quite impressed by this trailer. Seems to me that Marvel has nailed the look and feel of Hell's Kitchen, and this series will be more mature and even brutal than other MCU projects. Cox is already terrific from the look of it as both Matt Murdock and DD. Hopefully they will give us a glimpse of the red suit in the near future.

I REALLY hope the don't use wire work for the action scenes. The clip of him jumping between the containers looked a bit "wirery". Parkour guys and acrobats could do those maneuvers in there sleep. Hope to see more practical Jackie Chan style stunts and NO wires and CGI stunt men.

I'm not even going to kid myself. This gets a 10 out of 10.

I can't see how the trailer could be any better.

I went from curious to incredibly hyped.

Still can't believe our luck as Marvel fans.

Heh, the 2003 movie's lasting legacy is that it tainted Evanescence for me pretty much for good. I now have the same visceral bad reaction to it as I do to Chad Kroger's Hero song from the first Spider-man. Ugh!
