Justice League Ray Fisher Is Victor Stone/Cyborg

He's not supposed to look "natural". He's supposed to look otherwordly and freakish.

I just noticed that the scene where he saves the cop is in Metropolis. I'm guessing a good portion of the movie takes place there.

Look to the details on the Parademons, almost the same of Cyborg guts>

I like the fact that there is a visual consistency when it comes to Cyborg and parademons.

Or could be they learn something about the Parademons' physiology from Cyborg's own that they can use against them?

Very interesting. And/or the mother boxes themselves.
If this was a comedy then I could imagine Batman trying to violate Cyborg in some way :D

I am half and half on people's thoughts on Cyborg as he looks in what we've seen so far. I mean there is an unnatural look to him, or at least when I focus on his head... On the other hand I think that perhaps that is the point. I think that strangeness which might be "ruining" the SFX is not going to be fixed. When you look at him in motion I think the point is to make the orientation of his head on his body seem off. I think there was a different mandate as compared to say, Zod's CGI armor from MOS. There it was just make it seem like stuff a humanoid body was wearing. Here it's to make it seem like the entire frame or the character, from the neck down is mostly an artificial construction mimicking human anatomy. I won't be surprised if there actually is little done to "improve" the basic SFX come release.

I think that second one proves that the others just aren't complete as that second one is magnificent.

The cameo in BvS already demonstrated that. So, its consistent with the earlier appearance. Its just still, IMO, a bad idea. Or at least, even if he is a brain in a jar, they should give more humanization to his appearance. Something like the animated look would work fine, even if the "flesh" actually is synthetic too.

In terms of just physicality, he is more Metallo like than traditional Cyborg almost.

The perceived inhumanity" is going to be a major element of Vic's characterization.

I really don't see it... why, because he doesn't look like a guy in a metal armor, but closer to an actual cyborg?

so parademons look like artificial skeleton fueled by the motherbox, thus Batman's not killing life?

Depends on what one means by "traditional". I would say sure, it's not "Classic" Cyborg. But that presentation was gone for a long time, since the mid 1990's in comics. I think they have come up with a look that contains the essence of the classic look but also has the much more synthetic aesthetic as well.

Her in statue form from the film I think you can see the influence of the "classic" Cyborg. Yes, there's a lot less human flesh, but I think they are taking to another level many of the elements of the character that have long standing, not least of which is of a man struggling to know what he is, man or machine? Also the idea of someone deeply traumatized by having his planned future taken away by fate. Lastly... I love the classic Cyborg look but in a world where we've seen the way they are presenting super powers, he needed as much of an upgrade body wise to be able to stand shoulder to shoulder with the likes of WW and Superman, given how amazingly powerful they've made those, not to mention Flash or AM. The result I think is a Victor with less human parts.

An "actual cyborg" would be as likely to have vast amounts of flesh as not. A "cyborg" that is a brain in a jar and nothing else stretches the boundaries of the term. In most stories, cyborgs are living biological entities that have portions of their tissue replaced with metal. Not robots that have a brain-in-a-jar instead of a computer core.

He looks like Terminator stripped of flesh, with metal anatomy, that's my point. In any case he doesn't remind me of Metallo, especially since Metallo usually has flesh over his metallic skeleton.

Zod damn it I loved the older Iron Man suit designs. They have honestly gotten less cooler as the movies go on.

I think that is partially because they have started to also look worse than they used to effects wise. To me I think the suits peaked at The Avengers and have progressively gotten worse, starting with Shane Blacks sh**** break apart suit that both violated the established rules of the suit (no arc reactiors shown, mentioned or visually implied in any of the suit parts something that the hulkbuster smartly included) and were weak as s***.
