Justice League Ray Fisher Is Victor Stone/Cyborg

Could Cyborg's 'Battle Mode' suit be this suit made for BvS that we never got to see in the movie?

Could be, though I find the material to be too different looking to seem as if it's made out of the same tech as his regular suit/form.

Well, like idiot said, I bet we'll get an adjusted version of that design for his 'battle mode' suit

It will probably look close to that, yeah. Though I'm not a big fan of fully closed "helmet", I must say.

Yea, I would prefer his face still be visible. It would certainly help keep him from looking like Ultron. Lol.

Him being basically a computer, it's possible he doesn't even need organs of any kind. If I recall correctly from comics, he doesn't need to sleep... so, does he eat? Can he eat, as a matter of fact?

He still has a human head with everything that comes with it, so he would need things to be maintained like oxygen and nutrients along with all of the other complicated processes needed for a human body to function. He might not need sleep seeing as the Motherbox probably hooked into his brain and might have changed it a little but if all of that flesh is any indication he still probably has a few needs, unless that is just something he is subconsciously generating and all of that is false too, but then he would no longer be a Cyborg, so I’d say that is unlikely.

I love that he'll get an additional face plate for battle as it will put aside the pesky problem of one punch from one of the JL level vilains in the head and he dies instantly as his head explodes.

I've always felt that out of all the JL Cyborg is the one that really needs to shine. Even as member of the 52 JL, and rebirth JL he doesn't give me the presence the core JL of Batman/Superman/Wonder Woman/Flash/Aquaman and Green Lantern have. And he is supposed to lead a solo movie in the future.

Heh, there's that as well, I guess.

Not sure how "canon" this is, but in a "Throne of the Atlantis" animated movie, he had his one remaining human lung replaced with cybernetic one, so he could breath underwater. So, if he doesn't have any human lungs anymore or they simply don't serve any function, he wouldn't need oxygen. I guess it all comes to that which organs were replaced by the tech.

I guess it depends on what kinda movie "science" explanation they give to it, cause lungs process oxigen, which is transfered through the blood to the brain, the brain needs oxigen (don't quote me, I'm not a doctor); but what was mentioned before....there needs to be some human parts remaining in him, otherwise he wouldn't be a "cyborg" anymore....

Also, the ToA animated movie had Superman and Wonder Woman breathing underwater.....I mean...really??

I re-read Kingdom come recently and it was very good to see WW and Superman needing oxygen masks in space. If they go underwater in JL, I expect none of them apart from Cyborg(and Aquaman obvio) to be able to "breathe" underwater.

I imagine Cyborg's action scenes could be pretty cool with his transforming body (and his technopath abilities).

I just hope they can have him come across as an awesome inspirational superhero on top of a badass because as is he looks more like a supervillain than a superhero. Same goes for Aquaman.

Same here. I liked how in JL/JLU they needed oxigen masks/space suits when going to outer space (I really hope Goyer's "Our Superman can't fly to the moon" still stands), or how in Lois & Clark they specified that Superman can hold his breath for 20 minutes max. but he still needs oxigen.

They did? Well, then we should disregard everything coming from this movie. :hehe:

I agree with your point above, by the way.

I’ve never really cared much either way whether or not the writers decided that a character like Supes and Wondy need to breathe or not as it really isn’t that big a deal, now flying under your own power to different planets let alone star systems, that I have a problem with and hope they never invoke here, as for flying to the moon I am fine with that as it is a relatively close celestial body that wouldn’t require him to be flying at relativistic speeds for him to make it there and back in a timely manner. In the case of the breathing thing it appears that there chosen preference is that he needs to breathe but for WW being a demigod I think she could easily not have to and it would give her a unique perk to what she could do.

Matter of personal preferences, of course. I like when there's a certain "logic" and consistency within their own worlds and when it comes to their biology and all of that; when I see then underwater for a long period of time without any kind of equipment, I go like "ooooookay....alright...", then they start talking underwater and I'm like "wait...what?!"; I start asking myself more and more questions; like, "if amazons can breathe underwater, are they related to atlanteans?? Why not join forces if they can live together?? If their deal is to hide from man's world, why not do it underwater??"; then when Superman can breathe and talk underwater and still be stronger than Aquaman, I feel it makes Arthur abilities redundant (kinda like when he makes Flash redundant when he's portrayed as faster than him).

Maybe it's silly, it's just my thing...

I think you are thinking about it from the wrong context, it isn’t that they can breathe underwater, it is that they don’t have to breathe at all and would be a function of being able to survive in a vacuum. Also for Diana this needn’t even say that all Amazons can do this as she in any origin is special, be it magically animated from clay or the daughter of Zeus both would give her a unique aspect that could allow the ability to not have to breathe. For Superman it is a matter of the sun and his solar reserves giving him so much energy that his body can circumvent whatever oxygen does for him.

You might be right; but wondering all of these things got me off the story at hand, I found'em distracting and just like "wait, what?"; for live action I think these sorta things (limitations, how they work) are important to be not as vague...

I agree with you that kind of thing really grinds my gears. It immediately takes me out of the story then I say to myself "ohh it's that kind of story". The kind of story that I shouldn't taKe too seriously.

He's a ****ing Terminator dude. I'm looking forward to the battle and civillian modes though. I wonder if he can regen his flesh.

I like how Cyborg's metallic body shine is nothing like the metallic shine in Wondy or Aquaman. It really gives an otherworldly presence. I hope they match Cyborg's shine with other otherworldly objects/mother boxes to show the link between them.

Indeed. I really like that arm cannon, by the way.

What I like about this design is it looks really disturbing in the sense that you can see there's no human body, that he's really from the most part a robot. All of those bulky designs, they feel like there's a guy inside the costume but here, you can clearly see the limbs are not there. I think that's clever they've decided to make him look that way,
