They're pretty much doing that on Batwoman so I would't be surprise if The Flash does the same (of course we don't know if Kate will be killed off or not but you know what I mean)I say you kill off the character, and replace him with a different character with the exact same persona.

I know I know
We know they won't be replacing him with Plastic Man, because that'd be like saying that a person can move on from the bad decisions of his past.

They will probably want to kill off Ralph offscreen and replace with him Plastic Man since they almost have the same powersApparently they are killing off Kate Kane next season.
Having former criminal Patrick "Eel" O'Brian join the team now would be an interesting choice. They will probably want to kill off Ralph offscreen and replace with him Plastic Man since they almost have the same powers
Bug Hall? Haven't seen him in about 15 years or so. He did an awful Tobe Hooper horror film, and he was pretty bad in it. Then I gave him upI'm not pro the firing. I think it's a harsh decision for, yes, wrong tweets that he made years ago, if that's the case. But the situation is the situation.
My personal fancast:

Thoughts?
If JH has just strangled somebody instead of doing mean tweets he would still have a job, how screwed up is that?
At least they left the door open for the character to returns but whether it will be Harley Sawyer or new actors remains to be seen. I think if Ralph does return then it will be with a new actor. This is interesting as it seemed like Sue wasn't going to be a regular to begin with. Prior to the Sawyer incident happening the actress playing Camilla was made a regular and Sue wasn't. So it's likely that her arc wasn't going to be a long term one. Makes me wonder if they changed plans with her as Wallace did confirm we will see Sue more than once in the upcoming season.THE FLASH Showrunner Eric Wallace Reveals How Hartley Sawyer's Elongated Man Will Be Written Out
Utterly stupid. If Disney can look beyond James Gunn's incidents, then surely they (the CW/WB) can forgive Hartley?
That's kinda' beyond the point though. This wasnt a CW/WB decision, it was the showrunners decision and they dont have to forgive him 5mins after the fact. Not to mention he is a lot more expendable than Gunn.
Why should expendability matter? This wasnt a CW/WB decision, it was the showrunners decision and they dont have to forgive him 5mins after the fact. Not to mention he is a lot more expendable than Gunn.
