Yeah, I know he doesn't look like Wolvie, but there's something that just hit me while I was watching the show. Maybe the attidude of the character had something to do with it.

I think Iman is Storm pretty much; she has: the height, the ethnic look, the accent and the overall presence of Storm. I saw her recently on an awards show and she looks GOOD. All I and my sister could say is "That's Storm."

I really like Kate Bosworth as Alison and James Franco as Kurt - nice job on this I don't agree with all your choices, but can tell you put a lot of thought and time into it. I'm currently working on something similar in my spare time - casting the characters in my AU, mostly with models, since there is so much more variety than with actors. And since it's fantasy, and fic to boot, it doesn't matter if they can act, have an accent, or are dead (I always think of a bald Gregory Peck, circa Mockingbird, when I think of Charles

I love Famke like whoa, but I've always thought that Dina Meyer would have made a good Jean Grey.

Nona Gaye would've been an excellent Storm. She has a lot of grace and presence which would have been awesome for the character.

Eric Bana as Cyclops. Body, talent and presence. I think Bana has enough charisma that he might have been able to wrestle some attention away from Wolverine.

Amelia Warner as Rogue. I think in particular she would've been good at an emo Evolution-esque Rogue, edgy and angry but with a sweet undercurrent and heroic desire.
