Charlize Theron for Bonnie MacFarlane, by the way.

The game plays just like a movie, so why make a film out of it?
Landon Ricketts : Clint Eastwood
[Blackout]Sam[/Blackout] isn't as Badass as Mr EastwoodYou fool! There's only one dude that can play Landon Ricketts, and it's not Clint Eastwood.
[BLACKOUT]Hint: It's Sam Elliot[/BLACKOUT]
Apparently Red Dead Redemption is going to get a feature film and the front runner to play our favorite gun slinger is none other than Brad Pitt

I'd cast Will Smith.
He might not LOOK like Marston, but I can see him acting and talking like Marston!
So what's stopping Will Smith?![]()
heh, showin' your true colors, eh Lord?
Yeah with Jonah Hex and Wild Wild West, it seems that steampunk westerns are not a very well liked sub-genre. I wonder if Cowboys and Aliens will go down that same road.
John Marston's not the character who'd crack wise and use modern day slang. He's a very serious, determined, yet wise character, and Will Smith doesn't fit the bill properly for that kind of a role yet.
Hahahahahaha, you must have missed I Am Legend completely.
i just don't think that the "genre" has been in good hands thus far.
On topic though: I have no idea whether this'll be good. I have checked out the game a few times, and it looked to be pretty awesome and advanced and all...but movie-material? I'm not really familiair with the storyline if there is one. What's it about? Revenge? Buried treasure?
