yea doesnt need to be said just you know they wouldnt put him back in ravencroft if they thought he could power up again. So since they know he was able to easily break from from his power cuff things they probably increased their power to cut off his power flow.

This episode kicked all sorts of ass.

"I hate you...so much."

i really loved this episode. It was good i loved the christmas theme it had in it and yeah that was just bad how electro set the big christmas tree on fire. But i liked how theyed played the different christmas music in between fight scenes ad he was killing the jokes. I saw the episode with kraven and it was good but i wasn't at all expecting him to turn to a man-lion or leopard. i thought he just had this special potion that he took or somwthing but anyway both episode was good and the fight scenes were just off the chart!!! :woot::woot::woot:

This has been the best episode of the new season so far, imo.

I thought the Cletus cameo was a nice touch.

My review on Reinforcments:
Reinforcements
This episode is the return of the sinister six and the penultimate episode to the master planner arc. They all break out and Spiderman fights them… on Christmas Eve! M.J also gets a bigger part!
In this episode all the villains are in prison but, with Tinkerer and Kraven’s help, they break out from asylums and prisons etc. Electro no longer wants a cure, Dock Ock is “cured”, and they are in twos. One team is Electro and Vulture (no explanation yet why they were put together), next is Sandman and Rhino (worked together) and finally there is Kraven and Mysterio (noobs). They’re new plan is to weaken him every round of the battle so the last group can finish him off. Christmas cheer is everywhere, so is comedy and Pete’s life is still complicated. Liz is concerned for the jealous Flash who has broken his leg, and Gwen hates Peter. Who is he gonna call? M.J! She explains all his mistakes (including no concentration lol). Then the baddies appear. Spidey burns his tongue from hot chocolate, and speaks like an idiot (FUNNY). By the end all the villains escape from custody (except Mysterio), Peter gives Aunt May a touching present and a creepy ending.
Fighting wise, not as good as Group Therapy, but still good. He uses his brain more than brawn in these last episodes. One CGI moment was terribly done or that was me. Probably me. Sometimes the bad guy’s faces look awkward in battle and their moves were slow but they all had great lines. “I hate you…so much” is the best Rhino line ever. Marko and O’Hirn were great together. This episode was more Christmas cheer than battles. Any Carnage fans will spot the crazy guy at Raven croft in a … Santa hat? Kafka returns but Dock Ock is a marvellous red herring!
Liz wasn’t major in this episode, so I’m fine. 7 episodes don’t need to be on Pete and Liz. I guess this is just to hold the moment for Pete and Gwen! Peter is still old Aunties boy! Is that crusher Creel in the mall? Voices were all done well, though Tinkerer’s voice isn’t a fav of mine despite it being sinister. The villains need more development. Their first appearances, they had motive and could carry an episode. Now they are lackeys. Other bad guys are appearing later in the season (Shocker, Sandman) so I’m fine about them, but others need some screen time or another episode with them as the villain. Vulture needs most development. Sure don’t use him as much as the main bad guys but at least give him his own standing episodes! The M.P’s voice was so dark and creepy; I do hope it is who I think it is! Let’s hope. Can’t wait for next episode. The music at the end changed… cool.
Overall 8/10 it was great with fan nods, cameos, a mystery and tons of comedy. Wish the villains got more screen time though and the animation is still good but slightly slow.

The second season of "The Spectacular Spider-Man" continues as the Master Planner story arc continues to unfold.

I liked the prologue, with Spidey casing out Blackie Glaxton, and yes, I remember him from the comics. I just love how this show mines the comics for even the most obscure characters. Oh, and there's Patch. I remember him too, and he's someone else who it's nice to see. I think I'll keep my lips sealed on him for the benefit of those who don't know the old comics as well.

Right now, allow me a little tangent on Steve Blum. I've been a fan of his since I first watched "Cowboy Bebop" on DVD back in 2002. I knew this guy was going to become a star voice actor. His performance as Spike was nothing short of terrific. He's also a terrific Wolverine. But, he has often been criticized of using just one voice, since that Spike voice is quite popular. So, I am glad that this show has allowed him to show off his range. His Green Goblin is terrific. I liked his Chameleon. He's done other incidental voices here and there, but I didn't recognize him as Blackie until the end credits. He's terrific.

I do like how there wasn't another elaborate escape scene this time. It was fun last time we saw the Six, but we didn't need a repeat. Although I am curious as to how Toomes, Rhino and Sandman managed to escape without anyone being the wiser.

While this was mostly one long fight sequence, what a fight sequence. It was all over the place, and fun. The villains aren't feeling like they're old hat yet, but I do hope the Six find a better strategy than two at a time the next time we see them.

And now we have Peter and his girl troubles. He wouldn't be Peter Parker without them. Here's hoping he makes some more progress with one of them next week.

Okay, the soundtrack this time was terrific. Yeah, it was Christmas music, but it added to the atmosphere.

Ock, you brilliant bastard. I am pretty sure he's the Master Planner, and he was operating from inside Ravencroft. I look forward to seeing what his master plan is. Looking forward to seeing him lead the Sinister Six next week.

As a long time fan, I would have preferred to see Rhino get arrested, and not Mysterio, so we could have the original Sinister Six next week. But no big. It's the end of the Master Planner arc, I know it's going to be good.

Not as much to say this week. But it was a very enjoyable episode.

Oh, I almost forgot. Cletus Kasady? For the love of all that is holy, why? I am hoping that easter egg remains an easter egg.
