Do you read reviews of comics?

If so, where do you usually go to read reviews?

Do reviews play a role in which comics you buy (or sell)?

I read the user reviews on this site, but they never really flex my position on if I'm going to buy a book or not, with the exception of IIF and X-Factor.

to be honest I found the Hype boards yesterday and I've been bouncing around in here since lol....

Reviews don't necessarily affect my buying a book or not...i mean everyone is gonna have their own opinion so just because people like it or not doesn't mean I will agree once I read it for myself...

thanks...its cool on here...people seem to get real agitated at the slightest comments...its interesting and makes me laugh...

I used to read TheFourthRail religiously, it turned me on to some stuff I wouldn't have otherwise picked up, but they no longer update unfortunately - decided to retire.

Comic Pants is ok, one of the guy from TFR carried onto this site, former glory wasn't found, but it did turn me on to Dynamo 5. Silver Bullet blows, The Kingdom used to have awesome reviews. That's about all I know now.
