I just heard the news that actor and voice of Mr Freeze has died in LA at the age of 91. He died on August 31st this year. If anyone don't know then you can look it up on any site. This is not a joke and just want to say RIP Mr. Ansara. Nobody will ever be a better Freeze. Comment here.

Unfortunate that he died... but you may want to edit your post as August 31st hasn't happened yet.

He was beyond perfect as Mr. Freeze. Will be missed.

There will never be anyone better for Mr. Freeze and he will be missed. I don't think anyone will ever replace him he was always the best for him. A great man, a great actor and done good things for a character.

Alzheimer's disease was the cause of his death at the age of 91 at his home in California which he died.

RIP Mr. Ansara and you are truly a great man whos credit is perfect and many batman fans will miss you. To his family we wish him thanks and one of a kind. May he rest in peace. Goodbye Mr. Ansara you will not be replaced.

It is sad to hear of his passing. His interpretation of Freeze is definitive and underrated; whenever people heap praise on the voice acting for the Animated series, all of it is evacuated onto Hamill - who earned his share of it, make no mistake-but, actors such as Ansara and David Warner, who performed just as well, are ignored.

His work in Star Trek was awesome as well.
