RIP Celebrity Thread - Part 4

Despite the fact that Marc Almond couldn't sing in tune to save his life, I used to quite like Soft Cell. Some catchy songs. RIP Dave Ball.

The comments on here seem to disagree. 🤭

I can't get that to play for some reason (maybe because I'm in the UK?) - but if it's praises for his voice I'm going to assume it was posted by his fan club! 😄

Edit: Okay, got it to play. 😄

The one who said he's an underrated vocalist and then getting corrected that he's celebrated by the UK or something gave me a chuckle.

I'm devastated about Drew Struzan. So many legendary iconic posters. Up until yesterday I had no idea that he created this Great Muppet Caper poster. I thought they were just stills of the Muppets. That's how amazing he was.

For real. I can’t believe it wasn’t until I looked his name up this week that I didn’t realize the same guy did all of these amazing posters. I always just thought of the classic painted posters for films like Indiana Jones and Star Wars was just a style that studios used to hire artists for, never realizing that HE was that style all by himself. A true icon. RIP

Also, RIP Diane Keaton, Jane Goodall, Dave Ball, Isabelle Tate and Ace Frehley

RIP Prunella Scales. Less than year after her husband, Timothy West. He'd been caring for her for some years, I had a feeling she may go soon after (as so often happens). :csad:
