Bordello of Blood sucked. :cmad:

And hurt Dennis Miller's career. :(

It was sub-par.

And Dennis Miller's career wasn't exactly firing on all cylinders either.

"The Net" was not exactly a towering actor's showcase.

wasn't this a Tales From the Crypt? do those have standards to live up to?

I didn't know Robert Zemeckis did that movie.

Bordello of Blood was definitely no Demon Knight, nor did it have a badass villain like Billy Zane as The Collector, but when you have the smokin' Angie Everhart (need I post pics?) and Dennis Miller and the pastor shooting water guns with holy water at vampires, you know that it was destined for greatness.

...didn't Gilbert Adler direct this?
What did Zemeckis have to do with this?

I know Zemeckis produced it I believe...

Interesting fact: Death Becomes Her was supposed to be a Tales From the Crypt movie.

Dennis Miller screwed up his own career. The guy is a Fox News fingered puppet now, as he should be.

Another interesting fact: The Frighteners was also supposed to be a Tales Form the Crypt movie.

Anyway, what's with all the Zemeckis hate here?

It seems like Zemeckis is no where near as good as he use to be. Oh, how I hated Polar Express SOOOOO much.

borelldo was a dumb fun modern B movie sure it was no demon knight but come one a ****e house with vampires and angie everheart i enjpoyed it. people have there heads up there arse too much when it come to films today, no one goes to the cinema just for fun anymore

I like that we're through 13 posts and still not a single person has realized this was all for fun.

So much for going to the cinema for it...

but its near impossible to tell with you when your serious or not:o

Just assume I'm being sarcastic until I say something smart. That's when I'm serious.

People are already rallying up for the war between Avatar and Beowulf ;)
They've chosen their sides :oldrazz:

big TFTC fan...which is saying something in the UK.....never really took off over here. Both featrure movies only had a very limited theatrical release.

I dunno. I like the tone of Demon Knight, and though Sadler was great...but I do prefer Bordello ust for the sheer campiness and the ott "acting" of corey feldman.

Zemeckis and Bob Gale both wrote the story. To think that the guys that dreamt up BTTF also had this swimming around in their sub-cons cious is pretty disturbing.:woot:
