I guess zemeckis is treating these demons like a species so they have specific traits that they all share.It looks like all of the witches have that same type of mouth, which takes away from the Grand High Witch unless she does look more monstrous at the meeting. Either way I doubt it'll be as nightmarish looking as the original makeup.
Honestly, if I didn't know this was made for theaters, the effects work would make me think they had made this directly for HBO Max.
