The Dark Knight Robin Williams talks TDK!......I think

hehe
So many talents...

Yes, he would be perfect as The Ventriloquist.

One day, while drawing Batman sketches in class, I began a Penguin one, without any particular artist or actor in my behind. Low and behold, I saw Robin Williams sitting there in a top hat on my looseleaf. He could pull off the Penguin without a doubt. And since it appears that this is the closest he would get to being in the Dark Knight, considering the Riddler and Ventriloquist have never been mentioned, I say Nolan should give him a shot at Oswald.

*sigh* I'm gonna get blasted for this:

Why, exactly, do people want Robin Williams in these films? Yes, I do know he was in Insomnia - I've been a Nolan fan since well before Begins - and he was good but...why? I just don't get it.

hey miranda-- i'm with you. williams is a good actor, and he's done some great dark work, but he's just TOO familiar and honestly would be hard to swallow as a leading villain in TDK. i'd rather have some relatively fresh faces.

You mean Arkyum Asylum right? :whatever:

Didn't you watch the video? Williams kept pronouncing it as "Arcane Asylum", at least that's what it sounded like.

...do you often smuggle actors in your behind?

Sounds painful. :o

I see Robin more the Mad Hatter than any other. But Ventriloquist is an interesting choice. And remember, Nolan have been known to listen to fans for casting in the past.

Williams? I don't like him so much and as somebody said there, he is too big name for this movie.

I rather see John Malkovich or Jeremy Irons than Robin Williams.
