Robo-Dog a.k.a. welcome to the future

I just saw this thing on the news. Boston Dynamics created this doglike robot system which seems to be incredibly agile and robust.
They showed this thing carrying weights and stuff but i think it was just the soft way of telling us: "Look this is the future of war!"

yeah i just imagined but hey i thought it was breaking news before i checked the dates on the other yt-vids. sorry
