How can they have such a strict trademark for "Hot Rod"? It's a description of a car. There was even a movie titled "Hot Rod". Either way, Rodimus is fine.. just as long as someone says, "Damn, nice hot rod" when referring to him.

With trademark laws its just not about the name but what it applies to.

The movie "Hotrod
" had nothing to do with cars, so it wasnt a violation.
