Apocalypse Rose Byrne is BACK as Moira MacTaggert

Darwin probably isn't all that important when you have a dozen other mutants in all different X-Men related comic books

INK was a character in the young X-Men comics for example

No that is the problem with most of the bad X-Films to many characters with no development. It's not a step in the right direction just to add characters for the sake of faces.

You can have characters with no development. The X-Men had ten years to rebuild the mansion needs to be alive Professor X and Beast can't be the only good mutants over 30 in this.

Darwin or not there needs to be some adult X-Men at the school

Thank you. I do not get the fascination with making nobody characters in throw away roles just for the look of a full faculty.

I was getting gay vibes between Havok and Darwin. That would have been fun.

and the Havok scene in DOFP started off a little on the queer side, too. ; )

Well I was right with Professor X Beast Havok Psylocke Moira that's five adult characters

I <3 rose byrne. Can't wait to see her shoulder padded outfits and big hair. :o

By that logic the movie could only have about 5 mutant characters as that is probably the maximum for how many could have real development.

This is a world with thousands maybe millions of mutants in it. Having lots of mutants gives it a real world feel and they can't all be developed.

I for one would not have cared for DOFP if Bobby and Kitty were fighting the Sentinels alone. Having background mutants has always been a hallmark of the comics, cartoons, and movies.
There is a difference between a few cameos and massive amounts of mutants that the main storyline doesn't focus on. You're not understanding the meaning of mywords at all. It's about balance.

Do you guys think Muir Island could be introduced in the film? I mean, it was initially linked to Apocalypse because of the whole cure business...

Sounds like Moira's still with the CIA.

since she may still be with cia she may not be scientist in filmuniverse.

Not surprising. Since the First Class didn't movie hint her fascination with science. I would like to see her run the Department of Mutant Affairs.

I saw that clip of her discussing apocalypse during her promo of spy... Bet she'll get a smack on the wrist for revealing CIA lol

I read an article on yahoo that breaks down the trailer it appears Moira is either a historian or something along those lines, in the teaser it appears that she has been noticing apocalypse has been mention a lot through out history.

She's still with the CIA.
