I've had this idea in my head for a while, and figured I'd throw it out and see if anyone is interested.

Gamemasters/Assistant Gamemasters already chosen: GM: Carnage27, no AGMs yet.
How will the overall layout of the RPG be?: The same as the staple RPGs on the Hype. It'll be a PC driven game, and players will also be able to control NPCs and story arcs. It will be broken up into seasons which will end when players and GMs decide.
Players may create their own character or use those already established in the books. Players will be able to play as two characters initially.
Premise of RPG: It is 2010, 12 years after the Battle of Hogwarts and the fall of the most dangerous dark wizard to ever walk the earth. The past decade has been a fairly quiet and peaceful time in the wizarding world with Voldemort dead and gone. But all is not well. Whispers of darkness have reached the ears of dark wizard catchers across the globe, but is largely ignored by the powers that be.
Now, new heroes will stand against this challenge, and old heroes will rise again.
Basically, I thought a game that looked at the Harry Potter Universe's entire world, rather than just centralized in Britain/Hogwarts would be cool. It'll also be a more mature world, rather than the tween/teen centered books. Basically players will be able to be a wizard or witch from anywhere around the world, and develop the wizard culture in those countries.
What will this RPG bring to the RPG forums? (please write two complete sentences): A more adult look at one of the most popular universes out there Along with that it will bring a fantasy element that isn't too prominent.
