When I was in the reviews section, one of them said something about a refence to a JLA movie. The reference was when they were asking Superman about which planet he was from or trying to understand how far it was. Anyways, they said they were in contact or found out about someone on a planet by the name of "Manhunter".

That's all I remember from reading the persons comments who "allegedly" saw the movie.

I'm not sure whether the opening scene is Clark in the bar or Jor-El & Lara placing Kal-El in the ship. Im more inclined to Clark in the bar and we'll see Krypton flashbacks after we've seen 9 year and 13 year old Clark flashbacks early on in the film.

After being blown off exploding Oil Rig (9 year old Clark flashback) just before skipping Alaskan town after saving Oil Rig (13 year old Clark flashback)

In Fortress of Solitude I reckon there might be a quick Krypton flashback. Certainly there will be some Krypton flashbacks when Superman & Lois go aboard Zod's ship.

I got the impression that this regulated genetic birth stuff is ingrained into the Kryptonian culture. It's been going on for so long that it would be heresy to question it, and illegal to go against it.

But the way natural genetics works is this: just because you and your spouse are intelligent scientists doesn't mean your kid will be intelligent or a scientist. So Kal-El could end up being whatever he wants.

The fact that they have to keep modifying or engineering embryos after generations of the practice probably means the "fresh" genetic makeup of individuals is still a wild card.

Because there hasn't been a confirmation of this, we already know there's a scene like the one you described it (Clark in a bar, it was in the Details Magazine HC interview) but there hasn't been a confirmation about the lenght of the opening scene, the opening scene and what's seen right after it.

You're using faulty logic to try and determine how things will play out on screen. It seems to me that you think the running time of score cues relates directly to screen time. Not true.

To tell u the truth I would rather have the movie start out when Clark is already traveling the world and then we have flashbacks of the story behind the character. That way the movie feels like we are in the same journey as him. We are finding out what he is finding out.

I don't want the same thing that they did with the other interpretations where we see Krypton explode and then same old thing. But if we do get that what can I do? Still gonna love it
