The problem is defining oneself as "white" or "black" or any other race for that matter.
If you didn't feel like you were part of the "black" then you wouldn't be bitter about stuff that didnt happen to you. If you didn't feel like part of the "white" you wouldn't feel guilty about stuff you had nothing to do with.
