Action-Adventure Russos' and Hemsworth's "Extraction" (Netflix)

The first one was fine. The tracking shot sequence was well done. Hopefully Chris is able to give a more layered performance this time.

As I'm watching the movie I don't quite understand why the other guy (the big guy with the broken nose that Tyler fought previously) is now helping Tyler ?

I think it's because his goal is to protect the boy at all costs so it's the enemy of my enemy is my friend.

Ok. I thought the other guy was tasked to kill the boy.

I think he was sent in to rescue the boy but then realized his father wanted him eliminated so he wouldn't show weakness and he couldn't be used as leverage against him by his enemies and so ge sided with Tyler to help the boy.

So, Honey, how was work?

Good. I lit some guys on fire.

Thats wonderful, dear.

:hehe:

'Extraction 2' Is "Very Different" From First Film Says Joe Russo [Exclusive]

“It's great. It's very different from 'Extraction 1', which we like. It's its own movie in that regard. It has a different color schematic. It's set in a different part of the world. It has a different pace, a different tone than the first one. And that, to us, is an interesting way to approach serializing a story, is that it's more surprising and unexpected, and you're not going to get the exact same movie that you got the last time out. So we're really excited about it, and we think it was beautifully shot. Hemsworth's fantastic in it. And we're excited to share it with audiences.”

Good to hear. If there’s one thing I can’t stand, it’s sequels that attempt to be the exact same movie as the first one (Taken 2, Hangover 2, etc.). Hopefully this one does indeed feel like it’s own movie.

Yeah the first one was surprisingly good compared to all the other Netflix originals. The camera work on this looks great.

That trailer was really good!

I still think they should have killed Chris Hemsworth's character and let Randeep Hooda's character live. He was far more entertaining to watch than Hemsworth.

Wow they're really pushing the Russo's as the selling point when it's the Hargraves that made the first one, and probably this one, watchable.

Now, that looks awesome and once again leave it to the stunt guys to show everybody else in Hollywood how action scenes are actually done and that you don't need a HUGE budget to do so.

The first movie wasn't perfect by any means and had its fair share of problems, but it easily had some of the best fight choreography out there and Hemsworth was definitely born for these kinds of roles.

I'm not expecting JW quality, but I couldn't be more excited for this.

Looks better than The Grey Man at least, pretty intense action scene in the trailer.

That action sequence looked insane, and we haven’t even seen its entirety yet!
