RW/RR Gauntlet III

That's cause he's trying to get some then. He's trying to win money on these challenges. An entirely different set of brain functions is involved.

Money First!
Hoes Second!! :woot:

I actually hate Adam and was happy CT went off on him. It was funny how Adam kept calling out Danny and he has his side thing going on as well.

i thought it was funny though that frank didn't just agree to save danny and then save eric anyway. what was danny gonna do really? get all pissed off at the other team for not saving him? that would have made him look worse in front of his team.

Well, guys. On the glimpse for the next episode, I caught something, and I think I know how this is going to go:

The Rookies end up voting in CT and the Veterans vote in Danny. Danny loses and goes home. CT shaves his head. Adam is still around.

yep
I read the spoilers the other day, I saw who wins to.

It's amazing how much you can gather from the preview pieces.

Lazy ass editing. :o

Funniest thing was, I missed the first airing last night so I watched the 12 o Clock. As im watching the 12 O clock they actually show the preview for next week and pretty much shows you
CT with a shaved head, No Danny, Adam, and that blonde chick that went against Katie in the Gauntlet.
Im like  MTV is definately ******ed in that aspect.

CT will WORK adam, its so funny how adam didnt do anything until he was being held back

Yeah, you know Adam didn't want anything to do with CT.

CT: I will WORK YOU, dog.
WORK! YOU!
What?
*big ass push*

Adam:  :(

I forgot how CT punked him on the Paris season.
Adam did not want any part of CT last night; no, he did not. Oooooh yeah. Dig it?!

I'd would have held my peace too, though. You're talking about a share of 300K. Now afterwards, maybe at the reunion show or even as soon as the Final Challenge is over, I'm beating that ass. :o

Speaking of which, what was THAT all about the first time? And why wasn't CT kicked off because of that.

It's funny how on the Paris season, you at first felt sorry for him because all the girls, Simon included, were constantly talking **** about him. But then years later you realize that CT really is a scumbag.

That ass is gettin beat!
And then we gonna trim some more fat! :cmad:

I guess he didn't get kicked off because he didn't fully go off and hit Adam. He just got in his face. I think you need to actually split someone to get the boot.

I seem to recall some kind of sob story angle they ran during that season. I think he screwed up one of the girls' messages or something on the computer and then bought flowers to make up fot it. Some nonsense like that (or maybe I just made that up). The only thing really clear to me about that season is CT being drunk and hitting that random dude and me remarking to myself on how I would get nasty with Mallory. :o

Neither team has any redeeming value. Im finding it hard to root for any of them. I guess Id rather teh rookies win bc the vet men are so arrogant and do not deserve it but the rookies are so dam pathetic

Frank is biased too when it comes to Jillian. :o

I'd do the same thing in his position. :D

1) She's his girlfriend and 2) their best female Rookie.

Mister J:

I miss Mallory. She's needs to be in more challenges.

MTV probably doesn't want her because she's not a drama queen. In the last challenge she was basically a wallflower who didn't get into arguments. IIRC her blonde friend from RW Paris, who was terrible in the challenges, came back at least once over her. Of course, the blonde was always getting into some drama on the show. lol

They'll do another. They need more people on these challenges. The reason why they did Fresh Meat was because they needed more people on the challenges. Some of the RW/RR alumni don't want to come back. Some of them never came back after their season of RW or RR was over. The ones that do keep coming back still come back, but that number has dwindled down and became smaller and smaller with each challenge.

Bringing RR back for a few seasons or permanently would solve this problem.

I'd be surprised if Coral ever came back. Usually, her ass gets to the final challenge, or close to it, but her team (usually the red team) never wins.

Each competition of this I watch makes me more skeptical that this isn't staged.

Especially this season with the Veteran team deliberately turning on itself when the Rookies were on the edge of losing most of their members half way through the game.

You can't have drama if one side dwarfs the other in power in a show like this. MTV's smart enough to know that.

I think some of it is staged, just because of how often a convenience is brought into play; two people who've been harping at each other going into the Gauntlet, a particular challenge designed to incorporate a specific fear, etc. Sounds general, but I've had a number of moments where I thought things came together a little too perfectly.

I read an article with Mallory a few years ago, and she basically said that she's never going to be on MTV again no matter what they want; she doesn't even watch MTV anymore after being on RW.

Do you know if this was before or after she appeared on a challenge?

To bad she won't be coming back. :(

Too bad she's not in more Sports Illustrated swimsuit issues.

Agreed.

I don't think its all staged. Not at this point.

But some things are just to blatant not to be set up either directly or indirectly.
