Sam Rockwell in the first Turtles!

I haven't watched the first TMNT in years and last weekend I bought it, good movie, but I couldn't believe it, Sam Rockwell was like the leader of the foot soldiers, like the main teen runaway punk.

I knew it was him but I read the credits anyway and sure enough it is him in that movie, so funny. I didn't know him years ago and then I saw it and was like wow, that's funny.

i've been thinking about rockwell lately though because i thought if they ever made a MC5 movie, he'd be perfect to play wayne kramer.

I didn't know Skeet was in it too. Heh heh. TMNT is a really good movie though, I hadn't seen it in a long time, and since I'm all hyped up to see the new TMNT movie I had to buy it, upon viewing it again after all these years, I was like hey, this ain't half bad.

I think my favorite scene is when Splinter appears to them from the fire in ghost "Obi-Wan" form, it was just cool.

Too bad the others sucked, IMO, I couldn't even get myself to watch the third one, and the second with Vanilla Ice makes me puke, mainly for him. But it got too cheesy with the 2nd, it shows how with one you can have fun and yet have a somewhat serious well made movie about Turtle Mutant super heroes, and then everything falls apart in the sequel just to make toys, or so it seemed.

But yeah I think they did a good job with the first one. Anyway yeah it was funny to see Sam in it.

you should see it again, it's really good, with a great atmosphere and is one of the best comic adaptions around in terms of maintaining the characters and tone of the original stories. and elias koteas as casey jones rocks the s**t

Yeah, TMNT rocks. Sad that the sequels sucked. TMNT2 has still some good moments* but overall it's very very sucky. I don't wanna even start on TMNT3. I've seen only once.
