I know. But tactics such as that simply wouldnt happen with Ock. As he would already be well aware that grabbing and punching is just not going to do much good, and before Marko realizes what Ock's counterattack will be to his own unique abilities, it would be too late.

if Ock is in the middle of doing something else, and isnt aware of Sandman wanting to fight him, Ock would go down easily, he can't do anything against one of Sandmans attacks.

Sandman is really cool, but I'd have to say Doc Ock would win. He has scientific intellect on his side. But it can depend on the arena they fight in too. I mean, if Ock is near water, he can possibly trick Sandman into getting doused. Then he's sorta mudman.

On the other hand, if it's a beach, well then, Sandman would probably have a bit of an advantage with so much sand at his disposal.

I think it really depends the situation and how prepared they are, as to who would ultimately come out on top. But considering how smart Ock is, I'd give him the edge.
