you siad jerry was a time lord...time lords require tardises inorder to travel time and space so clearly there are holes.

Perhaps the definition of lord on the celestial scale differs from yours. Who is to say definitively a device is needed here, especially if Jerry isn't human? Also, maybe the device is so small, you can't see it. Many holes in the steal it theory. We can use various scientific ideas to try to inform you, but perhaps the science is wrong. Certainly woldn't be the first time science was wrong in history.

In any case, for the purpose of this question, Jerry's existance is based on a seperate science. My question is not about the science involved. It is a moral question.

the main method of time travel is the bttf method. other than that you;ve got the terminator method which was screwed up by the sequals, the dr who method that treats time and space as some kind of crazy ball made up of spirals and the heroes method which doesn't really work...

those are the main methods of time travel that would exist to anyone...

if he's offering us somekind of time traveldeal and he is some kind of time wizard that can create paradox free time travel(which i still do not beleive) then he's clearly got something bigger planed and we are but a pawn in his game and taking out stan lee may possibly be one of many steps he needs to take to do something very very evil and we're just a cheap way of doing that...

so in short i refuse to answer untilyou flesh out the stroy more

Whoa whoa...you forgot about the Star Trek methods (all of them), the TimeCop methods, and the Superman method, and the Bill & Ted method.

the superman method would destroy the world, the star trek methods aren;t even consistant within the show it's self so thats void, and the bill and ted method is pretty much the same as the dr who method...

This thread is odd but badass. No, I would not kill Stan the man. Way too many awesome things come from this guys head. He's a visionary. Plus marriage is stupid and so are kids. The Green Goblin just made me a Bachelor again. I'd dress up as Spider-man and go for revenge.
