Only if you're not counting the screentime where he was simply Jonathan Crane. He's not going to have a big-sized role in THE DARK KNIGHT.

only the scenes when he had the mask on, and after he went insane in Arkham

How disappointing. Scarecrow's one of my favorite villains, if not my most. The fact that he's still not going to be any more faithful visually bugs me.

I thought Nolan was supposed to be really accurate?

he could be involved with Maroni by selling him his toxins to take over the criem families?

I hope so.

Joker should be the central villain in this one, IMO.

The dilemna of Scarecrow getting too much screen-time can be resolved in making Scarecrow work for/with The Joker.

That way, Scarecrow can be in a lot of the scenes that The Joker is in, but The Joker is still the focus.

Oh man, villain team ups are even worse. I definitely don't want to see Joker and Scarecrow in cahoots together on screen.

It worked in BB, because Ra's and Scarecrow were never actually seen collaborating together. We were just told that Scarecrow worked for Ra's.

No, Joker should be his own man with his own vendetta, IMO. No friends, or partners or anything like that.

Again it's does seem right that a very well know popular member of BATMAN Rogue Gallery is once again a pawn to The Main Villian .

first Crane works for Ra's al Ghul in [BATMAN BEGINS] now The Joker in [THE DARK KNIGHT]

What next The Penguin works for Two Face in the sequel to TDK ?

i agree, he shouldnt care about anyone else but himself

[QUOTE="V";10859446]Good news. Thought he was excellent in Begins and hopefully he will show up in future films, just like the comics.

Yes, great scene. If anybody ever saw Joker after being fear gassed, then he'd have to be looking like Dave McKean's interpretation!

yea! imagine if we get something like that. it would make the movie for me.

in a matter of fact..joker in comics at least, works better alone i believe. In the DC Crossovers, Carnage tried to team up with the joker, but they didnt get along, so in the end they end up fighting for who kills batman. And eitherway, team ups never work! only in x1 and x2...but thats diferent

I think Riddler has been rumored of working with Joker too.

this is very good news. I was so furious when they didn't include Cillian in the cast...

Guys, it's great to hear that Cillian will be back in TDK, but all this speculating on how big of a role he'll play in the movie is sort of ridiculous. More than likely he'll have as much time as he did in BB or less -- one of the two. (I'm betting it'll be the latter considering that the Joker will be center stage in TDK.)

And besides, Nolan and Goyer had been working for quite some time on the script treatment for TDK, so they had more than enough time to plot the story out properly. Not to mention the brothers Nolan worked on the script between each other, and their past track record working together has proven very successful ("The Prestige" and "Memento", anyone?).

This rules.

Although, the lack of continuity with two actresses playing Rachel makes this movie NOT perfect, in my opinion.

If Maggie could've been in BB, this new movie would be 100% PERFECT to me.

I'm glad Scarcrow is back. I don't care what he does in the movie. Aslong as he's back.
