Maybe. Don't get your hopes up on the two sharing any screen time together.

Wow I sound like a killjoy

No, just a realist.

There's every possibility that they wont have any interaction on screen. Ra's and Scarecrow never did, and they were working together.

ive heard that scarecrow will only have a brief role in TDK. is that true?

that's what i've heard too.and according to all the plot points we know so far he doesnt actually have an important part THROUGHOUT the movie.i hope i made some sense.my england is no the best.

aah damn. i was hopeing they would get a chance to hopefully redeem him after dragging him through the mud in BB, especially his embarassing exit.

the exit was fine man.it was a clear open for a return.

I'm glad they are bringing him back, and didnt have him captured or killed at the end of BB. Even though it will only be for a few moments, it will be good to see Dr. Crane on film again, and hopefully this time completely insane.

he will be insaner that's for sure.everything in this movie smells like escalation.

that would be awesome if he was even more waked cuz he took in his toxic poison!!

i meant with the whole "getting shot by katie holmes and runs away being dragged & screaming like a banshee" thing. it was kinda pathetic.

Although it could have been handled a lot better, Scarecrow was never a 'tough guy' to begin with though.

I do wish they would have shown him do a little more before he got taken out so quickly. Either that or show a bit of him after the incident.

He's damn powerful with that fear gas though. And considering that particular scene, Scarecrow was in his element.....the ending was a huge drag. :down

I'd like to see the Scarecrow come back badder & better than ever. He should have an updated mask & a costume to boot.

I'd be happy just to see him in his tattered straitjacket from Begins, but we probably won't get that. This is based on the set pics.

I think that was kinda the point. That behind his mask and his scare tactics, Jonathan Crane IS pathetic...

soze hit it on the head, despite all of cranes crazy gimics he is a little coward. The second tables are turned he is a little wussy.

I was watching the BTAS episode "Nothing to fear" last night for the first time in a while. Crane robs a bank and douses gasoline everywhere at night when Batman thwarts his plans. Crane sprays Batman with fear toxin and lights the entire place ablaze as Batman is caught in the middle seeing his worst fears and he passes out. At the end of the episode, Batman uses fear gas on Crane and says something along the lines of "Can't handle your own medicine, Doctor" and Crane sees Batman as a giant bat-demon.

Very similar to Begins, just thought I'd point that out.

i think it would be cool in this one if scarecrow is never seen with his mask off

Yeah, I had noticed that as well and thought it was pretty cool.

I finally got time to sit down and start going through the 4 B:TAS volumes I have. That was on the first disc of the first box set.

I saw that and was surprised how close it was to the film.

Yeah. Since hes only in one or two scenes, and all the pics and footage from filming we've seen of him he has his mask on, this is probably highly probable.

There is a picture of him without it sitting with the Batmen, were they filming or just sitting around?

also it would be kind of pointless to bring back cillian murphy if you aren't going to show his face.. You could get some lousy intern to do the role and just say it was cillian
